Certification
The Licensure Department is responsible for the coordination of our Teacher Certification program.  Certification is a voluntary process and is made available to member school employees only.   The steps to obtaining a license are easy and convenient.   Depending on the time of year, the licensure process may take approximately eight to ten weeks. How to obtain a license
Click the link below to retrieve the Teacher Certification Application.  There is a $15.00 application fee required along with the submission of the application form.

Please submit your request in writing to the address above and include the following:

 
  • Your full name
  • Social Security Number
  • Current mailing address
  • $25 fee

     You may pay by personal check or money order made payable to the National Association of Private & Home Schools.
